At Powerflex Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
